We currently have a growing team of Doulas, some work as volunteers and others are paid. We periodically recruit doulas from across London including North London, Luton & Essex.

Carolyn Ouladzahra
Birth and postnatal doula, breastfeeding support worker, Baby Massage and Baby Yoga instructor, Rhythm kids instructor, Family links and positive parenting instructor.
Neighbourhood Doulas co-founder and Coordinator. Passionate about support and positive parenting.
Lina Duncan
Lina is a Birth and Postnatal Doula and Childbirth Educator based in East London. She loves to network and is passionate about equity.
Lina previously lived and worked as a midwife in South and South East Asia from 1998-2016 and has attended hundreds of births in extremely varied circumstances and conditions and cultures across the spectrum of society. She speaks Hindi, Urdu, and Cantonese.
